Mine is a 2012 which is the last year of the original design but Suzuki tweaked it slightly starting in 2013 and these newer ones got a little better fuel economy I think. It ran strong throught the mountains and all the twists and turns. Never felt underpowered even against the V-Stroms and Gladius.
